New bearing load and hinge constraint

With the latest release, we have added new boundary conditions that allow the creation of hinge constraints and bearing loads.

The hinge constraint will allow free rotation about the center line of a cylindrical face but constrain movement in both the radial and axial directions.   It may be applied to full or partial cylindrical faces that can be either concave or convex.

The bearing load acts as a pressure, whose magnitude is spread using a sinusoidal distribution. Controls are provided for easy specification of direction and load span angle.  Similar to the hinge constraint, it be applied to full or partial cylindrical faces that can be either concave or convex.
