Featured Event: 2015 Automotive Megatrends USA

As smart and connected vehicles become just another huge set of devices connected to the internet of things, major technology players like Cisco and Google have entered the automotive industry in a big way. 2015 Automotive Megatrends USA kicks off on March 17th in Dearborn, Michigan, an effort to connect and inform professionals and innovators in the automotive industry with expertise in powertrain design, connected car initiatives, and vehicle lightweighting. Automotive Megatrends is affiliated with Automotive World, a leading provider of automotive industry news, analysis, research, and forecasts.

During Session 2 on vehicle lightweighting, Anthony Norton of Altair will deliver a 10-minute talk entitled Innovation by Design: Simulation-Driven Lightweighting. As Executive Vice President of Altair ProductDesign in the Americas, Anthony’s team is responsible for delivering innovative solutions to various product development challenges. Altair’s particular area of expertise involves optimization and upfront computer-aided engineering (CAE) to drive better design decision making. Altair ProductDesign is the consulting arm of Altair and offers product development, industrial design, workflow automation, and staffing services.

We are excited to have Anthony share the dais with 50 other expert speakers at 2015 Automotive Megatrends USA.
