The solidThinking team is still recruiting for the Inspire “U” Campus Ambassador Program for the 2015-2016 school year.  Inspire Ambassadors will be rewarded with a variety of prizes and perks including training, an official solidThinking Inspire® certification, a 3-year complimentary license of the software, and networking opportunities.  Some participants may even receive paid internship offers to work at Altair World Headquarters in Troy, Michigan!

About Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith is Vice President of Human Resources at Altair. She joined Altair in 2011 and is responsible for corporate human resources (HR) including talent acquisition, benefits, immigration, and Altair Health Services, a unique on-premise clinic available to employees and their families. She has a strong background in HR, global HR management and recruiting. Previous to Altair, Michelle spent seven years with TTi Global, an instructional systems, training, research, and consulting services company, as Global HR Director. In addition, Michelle has global manufacturing HR experience from ConAgra foods, one of North America's largest packaged food companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
